We collect limited information necessary to operate GameOn, including:
We use this information only to provide core app functionality, create and manage user accounts, authenticate users, verify subscription access, provide customer support, maintain app security, and operate the App.
GameOn does not sell user personal information. GameOn does not use collected information for tracking, targeted advertising, advertising measurement, or data brokerage.
Account Deletion / Data Deletion
To request deletion of your GameOn account and associated data, email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My GameOn Account.”
We will delete your app account and associated personal data, unless we are required to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment record purposes.
Users may also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting their full account by emailing [email protected].
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before requesting account deletion.
GameOn may offer paid subscription features through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Payment information is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store users’ full payment card information.
We may receive limited subscription-related information necessary to verify whether a user has access to premium features.
If you contact us for support, we may use the information you provide only to respond to your request and resolve your issue.
